Sealed Source Gauging Devices

 

Applied Health Physics is licensed and maintains reciprocity agreements in many states authorizing the removal and/or installation of generally or specifically licensed gauging devices.

AHP provides the following services for sealed source gauging devices:

 

  • Laboratory Analysis of leak test samples Leak Test Data Form

    •  

  • Device removal and installation

    •  

  • Return to manufacturer for source exchange

    •  

  • On-site leak testing of sealed source gauging devices

 

 

 

  • On-site radiation surveys

    •  

  • Shutter repair and replacement

    •  

  • Source rod or capsule removal and replacement

    •  

  • Transfer for disposal
