AHP provides 24-hour emergency response for situations such as, but not limited to:

Damaged Portable Gauges:

  • Damaged from large construction vehicles
  • Stuck/malfunctioning shutter mechanism
  • Unusual reading on survey instruments

Damaged Line Gauges:

  • Steel roll breakaway
  • Mold overflow
  • Building fire or explosion
  • Equipment malfunction

Personnel:

  • Possible over exposure
  • Lost monitoring device
  • Elevated readings on exposure report
  • Clothing or skin contamination

Radioactive Material:

  • Lost source
  • Leaking source
  • Area or equipment contamination
  • Receipt of contaminated package
  • Material identification

Radiological Survey Instruments:

  • Gate or rail monitor alarm
